where our theme is “In Their Wildest Dreams”! This year, we’re expanding our celebrations into a three-day extravaganza from June 14th to 16th. Each day offers something unique, ensuring an unforgettable experience for all.
Friday, June 14th, Educational
join us for an educational day with enlightening discussions, games, and food. Learn about the history and significance of Juneteenth and the Buffalo Soldiers. Explore the Concho culture and engage in meaningful social justice and equality conversations.
Saturday, June 15th, Celebration
This day marks the highlight of our festivities—the big celebration! Prepare for a day of entertainment, music, food, and fun. Experience the vibrancy of our community as we come together to celebrate freedom, unity, and resilience. Don’t miss our exciting contests, including a parade float competition, an art showcase, a thrilling basketball tournament, and a mouthwatering cook-off. Finally, on Sunday, June 16th, Worship
we’ll conclude our Juneteenth celebrations with a day focused on worship and reflection. Join us for inspiring services, soulful music, and moments of prayer as we express gratitude for our blessings and reaffirm our commitment to justice and compassion.
