These encompass critical employment assistance, purpose-designed transition programs for a seamless shift to civilian life, exclusive networking and leadership opportunities that pave the path for promising career prospects, and a diverse range of other essential services.

Semper Fi & America’s Fund provides financial assistance and lifetime support to wounded, ill, and injured service members, veterans, and military families. We offer support during recovery, holistic wellness programs for long-term health, and innovative therapies to assist at every step of the journey. Our Transition Program ensures continued recovery and facilitates reintegration into communities through Education and Career initiatives, Apprenticeship, and Reunion programs.

Mission Possible aids Veterans in how to translate their military occupation, work skills, and experience to civilian careers. Designed to rebuild confidence and highlight the employability of Veterans, the series focuses on developing a result-driven resume, shining a positive light on the work interview, and teaching the soft skill of networking. Mission Possible has aided 6,500 military veterans in their transition into the civilian workforce since 2014. This series is open to ALL veterans, all discharges, all eras, male or female, who are currently looking for employment and is hosted monthly.

NextOp is a nonprofit veteran service organization that provides free, individualized employment assistance designed specifically for middle enlisted (ranks E3-E7) transitioning service members and veterans.  With NextOp’s hands on approach to candidate development and industry outreach, their veteran candidates are attaining high-quality careers and overcoming the challenges of unemployment and underemployment.
