Hear from filmmakers, BBQ experts, and legendary pitmasters on the past decade of Texas BBQ, its growing global influence, and what’s next for this cherished tradition in a changing culinary landscape.
Stay after the film screening for a panel discussion and Q&A with film producers Jeff Jones, Matthew Johnson, Brandon Gonzales, and Matthew Wallis; Texas Monthly Barbecue Editor Daniel Vaughn; and pitmasters Tom Micklethwait (Micklethwait Barbecue), Wayne Mueller (Louie Mueller Barbecue), and Kelli Nevarez (LaVaca BBQ).
