As Kingwood continues to rebuild after Hurricane Harvey’s devastating floods, the H-E-B Kingwood Market, located at 4517 Kingwood Drive, will re-open its doors, Friday, January 19 at 6 a.m. after closing due to extensive flooding from the storm.
Unit Director, Tony Klaus, said the newly repaired and revamped store will pick up where it left off before the storm, providing brand innovation and world-class shopping in Kingwood. “Kingwood has been through so much and we are more than thrilled to re-open and help restore our community,” said Klaus. “We hope this will serve as a catalyst to further recovery.”
The expansive, 105,000 square-foot store opened in October 2016 offering more for less and unsurpassed freshness, quality, and variety. The store quickly became the area’s preferred one-stop shop premiering H-E-B Meal Simple products, H-E-B Curbside Pick Up, more than 345 H-E-B Organics options and H-E-B Select Ingredients, a line consisting of H-E-B brand products that excludes unwanted ingredients like high fructose corn syrup and artificial flavors.
Shoppers will also appreciate the addition of H-E-B True Texas BBQ, scheduled to open soon, featuring traditional Texas fare by the plate or pound – take it home or eat it while it’s hot onsite.
