H-E-B Pharmacy ranked #1 in customer satisfaction by J.D. Power

H-E-B Pharmacy was named best in customer satisfaction among supermarket pharmacies in the J.D Power 2021 U.S. Pharmacy Study. H-E-B Pharmacy took the #1 spot in the data analytics and consumer intelligence company’s annual study, which measures customer satisfaction with brick-and-mortar and mail order pharmacies.

Rankings for the study, which is in its 13^th year, are based on responses from pharmacy customers who filled a prescription during the three months prior to the survey. Last year, H-E-B Pharmacy ranked fourth in the study.

In addition to taking the top spot in overall satisfaction, H-E-B Pharmacy also ranked highest among supermarkets in cost competitiveness and prescription ordering and filling process, according to the study.
