At H-E-B, our top priority is taking care of Texas. For 115 years, providing aid in times of need is the cornerstone of H‑E‑B’s Helping Here philosophy, which promises to stand by communities during times of crisis. Our H-E-B team is closely monitoring all developments related to Hurricane Laura and our stores are prepared to take necessary actions to continue serving customers.
In an effort to keep our customers informed, we will communicate any important updates to our operations on this page.
At H-E-B, our stores and Emergency Preparedness team plan and prepare for hurricane season year-round. We work closely with our suppliers to maintain a strong supply of products our customers want and need. Our H-E-B Logistics team is prepared and well positioned to service our stores.
As always our Partners and disaster response team are ready to serve our communities and will work closely with our nonprofit partners to provide food, water, and other means of support to those in need.
We will continue to adhere to our strict COVID protocols with response efforts in our stores or in the community, to protect the safety, health and well-being of our Partners, customers and neighborhoods.
