Helping Texans when they need us most, Joe V’s Smart Shop and Mi Tienda have teamed up to gift $100,000 to Harris Health System. With over 18 health clinics, dental clinics and full service hospitals, this financial commitment will help Harris Health Clinics during this time of increased demand on their services. Harris Health System is regarded as one of the best public health systems for its provision of quality patient care and medical treatment.

This contribution is in addition to the $3 million already donated by H-E-B to local food banks, nonprofits and groundbreaking coronavirus research. We are proud to support the communities we serve and cannot make these contributions without the dedication of our H-E-B family.

Whether it’s in our stores or in the more than 300 communities we serve, H-E-B is here to stand by and help all Texans, especially our most vulnerable neighbors. We must work together to get through the tough times, and this is especially true as we confront the threat of coronavirus.
